Information we collect
When you request a Strategy Session, we collect the name, email address, and business context you choose to provide. We may also receive technical information that a web server normally records, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, request time, and requested page. We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive information through this site.
How we use information
We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to Strategy Session requests, communicate with you about that request, operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers and sharing
Strategy Session submissions are processed through Brevo, our email and contact-management provider. We use a verified Summit Crest Digital sender and the Summit Crest Digital list within our shared Brevo account. Brevo receives the contact details needed to maintain the contact record and send the internal notification to info@summitcrestdigital.com. We may also disclose information to hosting, security, professional, or legal providers when reasonably necessary to operate the business, protect the site, or comply with law.
How long we keep information
We retain Strategy Session information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect the business, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or de-identify it where reasonably practicable.
California privacy rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to know about personal information collected and used, request deletion, request correction of inaccurate information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal treatment for exercising privacy rights. Summit Crest Digital does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a request, email info@summitcrestdigital.com with the subject Privacy Request. We may take reasonable steps to verify the request and will respond as required by applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
